The room had great water views and the main restaurant had a lot of options for the breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner. The hotel have a private beach for guests to swim in and everyday at 3:30pm there is free high tea in the lobby for guests to enjoy.

The hotel is beautiful . Food-It has an excellent buffet breakfast spread. Keep this in mind that there aren't really any options to eat outside nearby, so you'll be relying on the hotel menu. They have good portions and the food was delicious. Room-We had booked a Deluxe Double Sea view room, and asked if a suite was available at check in. The staff was very friendly and generous enough to upgrade us to a partial sea view suite. That was an added luxury. Bonus-They have a complimentary chocolate hour near the lobby everyday from 3.30-4.30 pm with a chocolate fountain and an array of bakery items, marshmallows, mini chocolates and fresh fruits that you can treat yourself to. Surprisingly we saw more adults than children enjoying it! It was good. Pool-The pool is huge and beautiful, overlooking the beach. We spent our evenings in the pool. Kids Club-They have a lovely play room for children called The Little Birds Club. Our 4 year old enjoyed playing there and didn't want to come back. They have activities for children, movie screenings and offer babysitting at an additional charge.

The property looks like new, spacious rooms, good gym. Staff is polite and helpful but not many speak English. The food is fine (only tried breakfast buffet). I wish they would add more seafood to breakfasts (saw fried fish there once out of 5 days of stay). Cocktails in Aura bar are very average - can't feel alcohol and it's not cheap. Also selection of alcohol is very limited, I thought that was a joke. The swimming pool is pretty big. The beach is also pretty good with fine yellow sand.

The ocean view from the room was wonderful. It was great that there was a chaise lounge on the balcony. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Not only offers a good continental selection but there are many local dishes as well as other Asian options. The pool and pool club are nice, the beach is just next to it and its nice and clean. SPA treatment i had was very pleasant.

Beautiful resort but a bit busy. We stayed over NYE and attended the party which was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Views from balcony nice and great to watch sunset. Big variety for breakfast.

Great beach, phantastic breakfast buffet, nice and clean beach. Great room with beautiful views from 5th floor. Quiet beach area. Would stay here again. Super friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel amid pristine beaches. The staff were excellent and attentive. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with at least 4 cuisines being served. An insightful trivia night in the pool lounge was a pleasant surprise. Wonderful experience thank you.

The beach and the pool is amazing and so is the kids club; we traveled with our 4yo daughter and she loved it. The food was also great. The gym is unlike any of the hotel gyms i've stayed at, it's awesome! The front desk manager Charmine was very helpful and gave lots of tips and guidance during our week in Phu Quoc. Their breakfast was great and the chocolate hour daily at 330pm always put a smile on my wife and daughter's face. There's not much around the hotel but Grabs are easy to get, if not the hotel has taxi service that's very honest. The mango bay 10-minute ride from the hotel is awesome also if you need a little change in scenery

Villa was gorgeous, clean and huge. We appreciated the privacy and space. The staff are incredible, so happy to see you, personalised service and provided a beautiful anniversary cake as a surprise. Fantastic food, huge gorgeous pool and lovely beach. Special mention to Dylan at the front desk, Linh who looked after us all week in the villa, Ann at the restaurant and Sparrow at Aqua restaurant. You all made our stay so special! 💝
